Shipping Policy

Location & Estimated Shipping Time

  • United States, Canada: 32 – 45 days
  • Europe, United Kingdom: 21 – 30 days (Monday to Friday)

We ship worldwide. After your order is confirmed, it will take 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Ireland customers: FREE delivery
  • Shipping costs for other regions may vary depending on location and order size. For details, contact support@Torquelineshop.com.

Change of Address

Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@Torquelineshop.com.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, we can accept cancellations.
Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, reject it if possible and contact us immediately.
If you were not present at delivery, contact us for guidance on the next steps.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions to track your package.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. These fees are collected by local authorities and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact support@Torquelineshop.com immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate.


Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Torqueline LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied.

1. 60-Day Return Policy

You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Must be in original packaging with tags
  • Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@Torquelineshop.com.

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@Torquelineshop.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping.
  • For all other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must use the provided return label. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent otherwise.

7. Refunds

After inspection, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing

Partial refunds may apply for used, damaged, or incomplete items.

8. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.
